Thank you for ordering from our online store! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. We support no reason to return within 30 days.

If you need to return the product, please contact our customer service to confirm the reason and need for the return, and then send the product back to the above address in the original packaging. No returns will be processed without prior communication.

Return product request

To be eligible for a return, the product you purchased must be unused, undamaged, soiled, and in the same condition as you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.
Please provide the order number or certificate of the product you purchased. If it is not available, we will not be able to refund your product.
If the product is damaged when you receive the goods, you need to provide relevant unpacking photos and video proof.

Return fee

If the goods are damaged or missing, you can submit the unpacking video and pictures to verify the above problems. After the verification is correct, you can directly refund or resend. At this time, you will not bear the freight.

However, if you return the product due to personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong color or quantity when purchasing, you need to bear the shipping cost. You will not be charged a restocking fee unless the tag is removed from the item.

Cancel order

TAB Golf Balls supports refunds within 2 hours of placing an order and does not support more than 2 hours (processed orders cannot be taken out of the parcel pile). Our refund processing time is 1 business day, and refunds will be arranged within 1 business day after a successful elimination.

Refund arrival time

Refunds generally process within 1-2 business days, depending on the payment method. So please be patient and don’t rush. If it is overdue, you can contact our customer service, and we will help you inquire about the processing situation. It should be noted that the shipping fee is not included in the refund, so please check the product information carefully before purchasing.
