Currently, we only provide service to the continental United States. Due to the epidemic situation, international freight is unstable. In order not to affect the quality of service, the international business is temporarily closed. There will be subsequent adjustments on the website.

Delivery time

Our store’s order processing time ranges from 1 to 2 business days. We currently offer DHL Express for all orders; the transit time for DHL Express is generally 2-5 business days.

Daily order processing cut-off time

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Sunday. Orders purchased after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped in the following business days (postponed for holidays).

Transportation

Please pay attention to check whether the receiving information is correct before payment, and it cannot be changed after delivery.

DHL Express can be shipped according to the following postage calculation methods: Shipping fee is 4.9 below 50, free shipping for orders over $50(inclusive).

Taxes

How do I track my order?

Please contact customer service for order information after shipment, if you have created a login account with us, you can track your order by logging directly into your account and accessing the order status page.

Once your payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email (may take up to 48 hours) with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Shipping delay

If the shipping time is longer than 60 business days please confirm whether your receiving information is filled in completely. If the receiving information is incorrect, please be responsible for it yourself. If you fill in the correct information, you can contact our customer service and choose to resend or refund.

Order processing time is too long

If the order takes longer than 10 days to process without special instructions, you may request a refund now. Or we will reschedule your order and compensate you with an $8 coupon.

Lost package

The merchant is not responsible for parcels lost in transit. If you can not check the parcel information on the official website, or the parcel information shows lost, you can contact customer service to provide the order number. We will contact the logistics company for processing.
